Description: should probably be changed to use a UCASEARRAY version of STREQUAL (?)'
[segment of message from DSnyder.henr':'
I''ve had to advise the function STREQUAL.EXCEPT.FOR.CASE, because you''re'
calling it (I forget from where) with non-string arguments. It doesn''t matter if'
the CH... variables are strings or not.]'

I''ve substantially overhauled the clearinghouse code, and the function STREQUAL.EXCEPT.FOR.CASE no longer even exists; I believe the new code survives if you have set the CH.DEFAULT.xxx variables to non-strings.'
