DWIM keeps asking me if I want to break up names that are perfectly legal all by themselves.  For example, it asked me if I wanted to turn FSM.GENERATE into FSM .GENERATE, even though FSM.GENERATE existed and .GENERATE didn''t.  I think that it may have something to do with the period.'
