Hummus Dip

1can(16 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained1/3cupfresh lemon juice
1/3cuptahini paste2clovesgarlic
1green onion, cut in pieces2Tbsparsley sprigs
3/4tspground cuminsalt & pepper
Place ingredients in a food processor with the steel blade—blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with lavosh or pita bread.
