These files contain one edge in common, whose center (10736,y) should be mapped to 3/4 down the page (10736,7760) after scaling by 3/4. 

The bounding box of the area Icarus uses is (2048,2048) to (19424,24896).
After scaling by 3/4 this is (1536,1536) to (14568,18672).

Scale by 3/4, then do the following translations:

foo1 (8052,1536) goes to (10736,7760), so translate by (2684,6224).
foo2 (8052,18672) goes to (10736,7760), so translate by (2684,-10912).
