Enclosed please find a hardcopy of the figures for our IEEE Office Knowledge Engineering Newsletter paper, "An Experimental 
Environment for Voice System Development".  I have also enclosed a hardcopy of the entire paper, but I am not particularly wedded 
to the exact placement of the figures.  Anywhere near the text reference is fine -- you will note that sometimes they have ended up 
before the reference, sometimes after, and not always on the same page (I only did minor placement twiddling).
