March 9, 1987 Dear SIGGRAPH'87 Primary Author: Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper to SIGGRAPH'87! An author's kit will be mailed to you from ACM headquarters shortly. Complete instructions to prepare the camera-ready copy of your paper will be included in the kit. There are three pieces of vital information that I wish to emphasize. 1. The deadline is April 30, 1987 for receiving the reduction mats at Xerox PARC. The schedules for color separating, proofing and printing the proceedings are very tight. I shall be enclosing a return Federal Express waybill in the author's kit for your use. 2. There is an absolute limit of 10 reduction mat pages. For budgetary reasons, please aim for 8 pages and please carefully assess your use of color illustrations. 3. The ACM copyright form must be signed by each author and returned with the reduction mats. Thank you for your assistance in maintaining the quality of the SIGGRAPH conference proceedings. I look forward to receiving your paper by April 30, 1987. Please contact me by telephone or electronic mail should you have any questions. Sincerely, Richard J.
