A copy of your letter dated May 14, 1987 concerning errors in credits for SIGGRAPH'86 slides was brought to my attention. I am the SIGGRAPH editor-in-chief and production editor for the SIGGRAPH'87 proceedings.

I am unware of any correspondence ``from the directors of Miralab'' and would appreciate receiving copies.

I have verified that three instances of the `Traditional Room' image are inconsistently credited. These three instances are the back cover of the proceedings, slide 31 of the technical slide set and the published credits in Computer Graphics 20(5), page 197.

I shall endeavour to determine what information from SIGGRAPH'86 persists to explain the inconsistencies and report back to you. The slide editor for Computer Graphics is in the process of moving to a new job, therefore I expect my enquiry to take some time.
