Here are photocopies of the mechanical artwork for the SIGGRAPH Video Review labels and the letter I wrote Cathryn Yunque at ACM.
There are two sets of labels, those with issue table of contents and blank ones without.  The ones for issues 24 & 25 are for the 
current issues.  The blank ones might be printed on photocopier adhesive label stock so that people could copy old issue tables of 
contents onto them to label their entire library with the same design.  I would have these blank ones available at SIGGRAPH'87 and 
offer them to folks who had old video reviews at a pittance cost.
