Drilltape Info:
o The tape density is 1600 BPI.
o The block size is 1024 bytes.
o There is 2 files on the tape. Both are the same Drill File in Excellon MkIII format.
The first one is 16 records long and in coded in ASCII. [mts.m3a]
The second one is 21 records long and in coded in EIA. [mts.m3e]
(You can use the most convenient of these.)
o If you drill 5 mills over the finished hole size here are the diameters:
For tool number 1 you will need 1 bit of 31 mils to drill the 399 holes of that size.
For tool number 2 you will need 4 bit of 35 mils to drill the 1310 holes of that size.
For tool number 3 you will need 1 bit of 47 mils to drill the 80 holes of that size.
For tool number 4 you will need 1 bit of 145 mils to drill the 2 holes of that size.
