Note new convention: the rotational sense of polygons going through Pipes is now "positive" (i.e., anticlockwise). AltoDeviceImpl, ReducerImpl, AreaPathImpl, and EdgeImpl have been changed accordingly.

MapperImpl: fixed RInv bug; changed calling sequence of #Map, #Inv to modify v↑ in place; changed INLINEs in Mapper accordingly; clients of Mapper are unaffected.
