Package catalog entry: Provides a magnifier for examining the display at twice its normal size.
Usage:
Type
Magnifier
to an executive. This makes a button labeled "Mag" at the top of the screen. Click it with the left button to get a small, medium, or large magnifier, depending on the mouse button used. Click the right mouse button to get rid of the current magnifier.
Other sizes of magnifiers may be created with the executive, i.e.,
CreateButton M1 ← Magnifier.DoIt[60, 30]
makes a command tool button for a very small magnifier.
Try Magnifier.dotStyle ← b1 for a little different display.
Rough spots:
The screen is frozen while the magnifier is active.
Only 24-bit-per-pixel color displays are not supported.
