Package catalog entry:  CountedVM is a package for obtaining large chunks of raw VM that are reclaimed automatically.  This is 
useful for applications requiring massive amounts of contiguous storage.  CountedVM differs from CollectibleVM in that 
CollectibleVM returns its results as an array descriptor, limiting the size of the obtainable storage.
