BravoToTioga:
syntax
BravoToTioga {outputFile ← } inputFile1 inputFile2 . . .
description
BravoToTioga converts from bravo format files to tioga format files. Not all formatting comes through, but enough survives that the file will be recognizable.
If outputFile is not specified, then the output will be written on rootName.tioga, where rootName is the name of inputFile1 without any extension.
BravoToTioga works only with shortnames in the current working directory.
BravoToTioga was originally written by Jim Morris, and modified by Paxton, Plass, and Mitchell.
examples
Suppose you have an old Performance Appraisal report in Bravo format that you would like to use as the basis for your new one, since your activities have stayed pretty much the same, but you want to do this one in tioga:
% BravoToTioga 83PerformanceAppraisal.tioga ← 82PerformanceAppraisal.bravo
83PerformanceAppraisal.tioga written
