Bug Fixes
    Compiler now is an alias for Compiler. Ditto for binder
    Clicking stop will not clear all typeahead until that point, including typeahead not seen yet such as occurs if you mistakenly 
    stuff a large document into the userexec. However, anything typed after that point is ok.

New Features
    Append option for session logs.
    Various commands now assign & variables to their "value", e.g. Open, New. 
    CurrentSelection command.
