<<Delete deletes FS files.  It does not ask for confirmation.  Both local and remote patterns can be used.  If there is no version 
number, the default is !L.>>

the pattern "**" does.  This means that unless you use "**", delete will not delete any files in subdirectories.>>

<<A missing verion part defaults to !L.  If "name" is an GName then the file is deleted directly from the remote server (and 
removed from the cache).  An FS.Error[lock, $lockConflict] occurs if the specified file is currently open.  If "name" is an LName 
that is attached to some GName, then just the LName is deleted; the global file is not deleted.  Note that deleting the !H verison 
may cause a previous verison to become the new !H version, and therefore cause the keep on the previous version to become the 
controlling keep for the set of versions.>>
