Abstract: This directory contains "least upper bound" procs that provide Cedar graphics functionality to components of c.a.d.'s. It may not need to exist, i.e. such activities may be carried out within the NewQE package. However, maybe there is a place for it, since as of this writing (6/24/88) the thought is that Cad user interface, including cad display, should call NewQE procs, which may in turn call something lower, such as NewSD procs, for actual graphics grunt work.
