How to Bermuda a Daybreak:

1. Get CoPilot or Tajo 12.0, with CPBermudaDaybreak and IOBermuda.
2. Get ramsysb0.loc, daybrkcp.lm, jm*.bermuda, dblisp4k.st, dblisp4k.fb
3. IOP Bermuda: run jm*.bermuda as commandfile
4. Stop IOP
5. ResetSyms, load all daybrkcp.
6. Continue IOP and stop IOP (should be at 3969 -- ENDLESSLOOP)
7. Stop IOP
8. CP Bermuda: BOOT CP
9. Load dblisp4k (will load code and symbols)
10. Set breaks at dbinitthru, PFault
11. Typein: Germ
12. Start CP
13. Stop CP.  Place break at .CR 500
14. Wait for CP to enter loop reading IOP clock
15. Place 4C in TOS
16. Remove break at .CR 500
17. Continue CP.
18. CP will stop at PFault.
19. .mr+5FFF6+@(PV) contains stop of stack frame of faulter.
20. @(top-of-frame+words (2,3))+5+.mv points to atom# of function
