Although it doesn't break or crash the system, it has the following problems: 1.  It uses both left button and middle button in the background screen to invoke the move window mode. In some cases it doesn't reset back to normal mode correctly when clicking again in the background  and leaves the cursor set to its own icon shape. 2. It prevents use of AUXMENU (or any other function which may want to use) the middle button in the background. 3. Whoever wrote SERVICES evidently copied all the system internals he needed (including the NDB datatype) into his file, which makes him inordinately dependent on all sorts of things.  Also, he didn't do it DONTCOPY.  It's a real mess.

The current version of the SERVICES lispusers package cannot be loaded into Intermezzo, because it depends on using Harmony internal darta structures.  Is it worth expending any effort trying to upgrade it to Intermezzo, or can we just drop it from the released packages for the Intermezzo Release.]
