Get all Othello sources to local disk

Following files are renamed:

OthelloFTP.mesa -> HelloFTP.mesa
OthelloDLion.config -> HelloDLion.config
OthelloTriDLion.config -> HelloTriDLion.config

OthelloLisp.mesa

Hello.cm : binds Hello together
SubHello.cm : Must @SubOthello.cm, creates some files otherwise needed
