Package catalog entry:  Provides a magnifier for examining the display at twice its normal size.

Usage:
Type
NewMagnifier
to an executive.  This makes buttons labeled "M1", "M2", etc. at the top of the CommandTool.  Click them to get magnifiers of 
various sizes.  Click the right mouse button to get rid of the current magnifier.

Rough spots:

The screen is frozen while the magnifer is active.
Only 8-bit-per-pixel color displays are supported.
