Purpose: To facilitate the creation of press files via calls to Graphics.
Mesa interfaces:
GraphicsToPress — For creating a Graphics.Context aimed at a press file, along with some extra operations such as Close and NewPage.
There is currently no implementation behind SetHalftoneResolution and SetFatness.
GraphicsToPressPrivate — Just in case clients need to get to the underlying SirPress handle.
JaM functions:
GraphicsToPressJaM
For debugging only; TJaMGraphics will provide an official JaM interface.
