ColorMaps A package to read or write the contents of the color map to or from files. The package further opens a button which allows interactive selection of registered colormap files using menus. DF file: [DATools]Top>ColorMaps2.df Commands (in CommandTool): ColorMaps filename read in a color map from a file. ColorMaps -n filename read in a color map from a file, if colordisplay is already in 8 bit mode ColorMaps -create filename to write the current color map onto a file (independent how the color map was created). ColorMaps -register key filename to register a colormap file with the package button. Since ColorMaps is independent of any other Design automation package, the color map entries can be included in checkpoints.
