//InitialBootFiles.cm Ed Fiala 30 December 1983
//MakeLoaderFile Initial.mlf creates the following files for Rev-L and
//later proms:
// InitialPilotD0.eb to install on SA4000 for default Pilot disk boot.
// InitialAltoD0.eb to install on SA4000 for default Alto partition 1 disk boot.
// Initial.eb Initial microcode for 3 mb ethernet boot servers.
// AltoD0.eb Alto microcode for 3 mb ethernet boot servers.
//AltoD0.mb, CSLOverlay.mb, and MicOverlay.mb (retrievable from
//[Indigo]<D0>Alto>) must exist on the disk. Initial.mb must exist on
//the disk and have been ASSEMBLED WITH THE APPROPRIATE
//SETTING OF THE Klamath, Trinity, and Rubicon switches in
//InitialDefs.mc.
//The above .eb files are customarily released or saved as follows:
// AltoD0.eb and Initial.eb for the CURRENT Pilot release are FTP'ed
//to some 3 mb ethernet boot server (which causes them to be propagated
//throughout the net) and stored on [Indigo]<D0>Alto>.
//InitialAltoD0.eb, InitialPilotD0.eb, and Initial.eb are stored on
//    [Indigo]<D0>Klamath> if Klamath mode Initial was built;
//    [Indigo]<D0>Trinity> if Trinity mode Initial was built;
// [Indigo]<D0>Cedar> if Rubicon mode Initial was built.
