It is not actually recommended that you run this CM file since PasMesa chews up so much VM that it's usually worth your while to roll back before and after that step. In any case...

CompileTeX.cm is created by PasMesa. It compiles all of the parts and binds them together.
Compile LocalTeXCommands
This concludes the making of a locally-running version of TeX. What follows is for making the Compute Server version.
Compile RemoteTeXServerCommands
Compile RTeX
If the ComputeServer interface ``ComputeClient.bcd'' changes, you need only recompile RTeX.
If the ComputeServer interface ``ComputeServerControl.bcd'' changes, you need only recompile RemoteTeXServerCommands.
