Provides four commands:
NewWalnutUser,
InitWalnutFiles,
InitOtherWalnutFiles and
JustDoFiles. They all make sure that the WalnutKernel files are running, and that the Walnut Control Window is not active.

NewWalnutUser userRName <alpine-server>
The command is only available to AlpineWheels. It allows the wheel to create for someone else the files necessary to use Walnut. userRName must include the registry if it is not .pa. alpine-server defaults to Luther.
NewWalnutUserBackupRequest.form, provided by WalnutKernel.df. A template for a message to Ron Weaver, asking to have Walnut files backed up.
WalnutForSummerIntern.form, provided by WalnutKernel.df. A template for a message to the host of a Summer Intern, specifying the intern's profile entry for Walnut.WalnutRootFile.

InitWalnutFiles "Some rope to use as a key" <alpine-server>
Creates the Walnut files for the logged-in user. The key rope is used to tie together the various Walnut files. alpine-server defaults to Luther.

InitOtherWalnutFiles
baseName "Some rope to use as a key"
baseName: [server.alpine]<directory>subdir>subdir>....
Creates a non-mail Walnut database, using the given base name. The key rope may be defaulted.

JustDoFiles
fullPathNameforaWalnut.RootFile
Re-initializes an existing set of Walnut files. If any log file is not empty, you have to confirm to continue.
