NewClock adds a new button at the top of the Cedar screen which digitally indicates the time of day.
Clicking the clock button produces the following results:
Left-Click: immediately update the displayed time (normally updated every 30 seconds)
Middle-Click: display the analog clock
Right-Click: print the current day of the year in the message window

NewClock.ButtonStyle: "BlackOnWhite" | "BlackOnGrey" | "WhiteOnBlack" (default)
NewClock.Seconds: TRUE | FALSE (default)
NewClock.Military: TRUE | FALSE (default)
