NSPrintAgent is an XDE service that runs in Sequoia (12.0) providing RPC access to the XDE NSPrint interface through the exported Lupine interfaces CedarNSPrint & CedarNSPrintUtils.  These two routines are provided on the client end through the Cedar tool IPPrint.  If you want a programmable interface to CedarNSPrint, you should grope through IPPrint.df to find the correct modules.
