FortranToIp
FortranToIp is just a quick hack to convert Fortran's LPT printout (as generated by Spice) with carrage control characters in column 1 to an Interpress file. It uses Gacha6B with no leading. That gets lots lines on a page and doesn't overflow if they are 132 columns wide.
It ignores the funny 'X, 'Y, and '( that Spice occasionally puts in col 1.
Usage:
FortranToIp <filename> <filename> ...
will read each filename on the command line and leave the output on <filename-root>.ip.
