WindowHandle: TYPE = POINTER; -- Beware of compilation order problems
these routines bump the actual counters
StatIncr: PROCEDURE [StatCounterIndex];
StatBump: PROCEDURE [StatCounterIndex, CARDINAL];
StatGetCounter: PROCEDURE [StatCounterIndex] RETURNS [LONG CARDINAL];
