Bacteria Count:  Continued improvement in bacteria levels may allow us to forego a system clean out and to attempt to bring the system into spec with a filter change.

LPCVD: AMT attempted to bring the silicon nitride LPCVD system up but a damaged part forced them to postpone the start up another day.

Hot Runs:  The hot runs are on schedule.
