Introduction
IPRegister uses the DecomposerRegistry interface to register Interpress as a decomposer. This facility is used in the RoadRunner print service (which in turn supports the Xerox DocuPrint product line).

Make IPAttributesImpl understand "duplexHeadToToe" as a synonym for "tumbleDuplex", since GlobalView does not adhere to the "Interpress Printing Instructions, Interpress 3.0 Extensions and Modifications," Xerox Systems Integration Standard XNSS 359106 of June, 1991.

Improved guesser to ignore case, and to check for enough of a header that RES files, FIS fonts, etc, won't be mistaken for a printable master.
