Abstract: HighlightPrinting provides the capability of building page-buffer images for highlight color printers, that is printers that allow each pixel to be white, black, or highlight.

Changed the black-pass halftone thresholding to match that of ImagerSample.Halftone - documents that ask for grays only should now come out the same with this context as with the black-only PrintColor context (assuming that the device parameters are set up the same).

Created this file, mostly to provide a place in which to log changes.
