You will have to change some "set" and "setenv" statements 
in the viewtioga script to get this to work outside of the PARC
environment.


This program must be built under ATK, version R4 patch 10 or later.  It uses
the latest formatting changes to the text object.

The Imakefile doesn't do installation right, so you have to install things
by hand.  tiogatxt.do goes in ../lib/dlib and viewtioga goes in ../bin.
