XCommander: A viewer-free command tool
Preliminary implementation using quite ugly typscript implementation. I think things will be wonderful once the typscript implementation is replaced with viewerless tioga.
Description:
A XCommander has three vertical fields:
A to menu line.
An editable input field.
An output typescript.
The simplest way of operation is to type commands into the input field and then hit "ENTER" to execute the prepared command.
(The CR key is made equal to hitting ENTER.)
Menu entries:
STOP! Aborts the current command
forward Stuffs the input field into the input buffer; it won't be executed yet.
ENTER Stuffs the input field into the input buffer and adds a CR; this starts execution.
Commander Commands:
XCommander {server-name} Creates an XCommander window on server.
