1. ThreadsCountLabel
The label is installed and the sampling is controlled by the `ThreadsCountLabel' command. The label is installed the first time the command is issued. The command may be used again later to change settings. The only setting likely to be interesting to users is the sampling period, which may be set to, say 4.7, by giving the `4.7s' argument to the command.
In the display, the scheduling states are labelled:
f: free (when you've got 0 of these, you've got trouble)
ry: ready
rn: run
m: waiting on MONITOR lock
c: waiting on CONDITION variable
o: other (should never be non-0).
