Basic StyleParam Declarations
This section defines some style parameters that are not used directly by Tioga, but only to parameterize the style rules below.  They may be altered just like any other parameters; for instance you might say "14 pt basicSize" in a Postfix property on the root to make the non-code fonts bigger than usual. Say "10 percent bigger magnification" in a Postfix property on the root to make the style-controlled contents bigger by 10 percent (but not the page dimensions, since they are not expressed in terms of these style parameters).
