DAToolsMsg.form
A message informing all DAToolUsers^ of a new or updated DATools package.
DAToolsDF.form
DF file for a DATools package.
Same conventions as CedarChest7.0, with the exception of the documentation (to have the same convention as in DATools6.1). An extra Package.cm just containing 'Install Package' allows designers to work and start programs in a different directory than the one in which DATools stays. No MakePackage.cm (ExecHacks with the appropriate UserProfile option does thing better!), but a TestPackage.cm in the hope of standardizing Test files.
